2:09 p.m.
An armed bank robbery suspect was seen headed east toward campus from Wells Fargo on Milton Rd.
The Suspect is a white male, in his late 30s or early 40s, wearing a yellow shirt and khaki shorts, a black baseball cap and glasses. He has a light beard/stubble and acne scars.
He is described a 6' tall and 180 pounds.
Anyone with information should call 911.
A side note: today is the 1 year anniversary of Ohio State Trooper Josh Risner and Sgt. Holcomb's deaths in an accident that caused the death of a civilian. Josh was a friend and step-son of my former boss and partner Rita. It was a tough day last year and has been tough since for the family. The state of Ohio renamed a portion of Jackson Pike/Old US 35 in honor of these two troopers. My father and brother went to the ceremony this morning and Eric sent a picture of the sign to me on my cell phone. My dad's birthday is on Sunday. He'll be 52. It's been a long week, and I'm still not done with half of my homework. This week especially was hit hard with a lot of work from all of my classes..
I watched a portion of the Democratic presidential debate the other night. Can we please get someone who is not an idiot to run for President? I'm not happy with the republican side yet either. However if we voted tomorrow Jon McCain would get my vote. He's the only one with a plan for Iraq that make sense and the only one with the ability and desire to work with both parties to move this county forward. If I have an extra $1000 bucks in my pocket I'd throw it his direction for sure. God forbid if Hilary Clinton gets the nod.
